ew9999 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the ew9999 website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at ew9999.app.

Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on ew9999. If ew9999 detects that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — all associated accounts will be permanently closed. Any bonus funds held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Real money balances in duplicate accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ew9999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ew9999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

ew9999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its reasonable discretion, including where it has grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or is the subject of a regulatory or law enforcement enquiry. Where an account is closed by ew9999 without cause attributable to the player, any real money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

ew9999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your ew9999 account wallet.

Deposits are credited to your ew9999 Real Money Balance in PKR. Deposits made via USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. ew9999 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable network fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, ew9999 may require completion of the KYC verification process as described in these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timelines for each payment method are displayed in the player's account withdrawal section.

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals: average processing time 15–30 minutes.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: average processing time 1–4 banking hours.
• SadaPay withdrawals: average processing time 15–60 minutes.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals: subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 10–30 minutes.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all ew9999 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must be wagered the stated number of times before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. ew9999 reserves the right to suspend markets or refuse bets at its discretion, including in response to unusual betting patterns or suspected information advantages.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, ew9999 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and return stakes to the player's Real Money Balance.
• For cricket and PSL markets: if a match is abandoned or not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant market rules, settlement will follow the applicable sporting body's official result declaration.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the live market being open. ew9999 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and accepts no liability for market suspension during live events.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ew9999 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ew9999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. ew9999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ew9999's international gaming license is issued. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes as to their formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, or breach — shall be subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

In the first instance, all disputes should be raised with ew9999's support team via live chat or email, as set out in Clause 15. ew9999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of formal notification. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by ew9999's licensing authority.
